My first gluten & dairy free Sourdough Boule! Rea My first gluten & dairy free Sourdough Boule! Read on to hear how it is…. After several weeks of activating my starter, I finally baked a loaf. It had great rise and the flavor is perfect! On the flip side, it’s probably too dense and gummy inside, but I don’t even care, because I know I can perfect it, and I’m just proud of myself for getting this far! I didn’t have most of the flours I needed for some of the recipes I wanted to try, so I actually did a lot of “subbing” and I’m impressed that it turned out at all. 😅 Sourdough is fun, and challenging and for someone who doesn’t even bake regular bread loaves, I’m very happy with how this turned out! I’ll save all of my sourdough process in a hilight, so you can go back and reference! Also, send me a DM if you want to try the recipe I ended up using! Happy baking y’all!! 🧡🧡
